Balanced Caregivers Adventure

Define "enough?" Rehearsal tomorrow, February 6, 2026.

TLDV (too long, didn’t view): How do you know when you’ve done enough?

(I started to copy the transcript of this video and I decided that the video was enough.)

How do you know that you’ve done enough in whatever your task:

  • As someone caring for a loved one living with dementia?

  • Someone caring for a complex child?

  • Someone running a business?

  • Someone taking care of their own health needs?

We’re all humans, and we all have issues. This is a community - I want to hear your thoughts.

Please share your perspective in the comments. Just don’t do it to please me.

My name is Amy Standridge. I am a Board-Certified Music Therapist, Certified Humor Professional, Keynote Speaker, and part-time people pleaser. I believe that caregivers and their loved ones living with dementia deserve to experience joyful moments together. My mission is to empower families living with dementia to rediscover joy and hope through uplifting experiences. This is why I created Balanced Caregivers Adventure’s community singing group.
